I am responsible for sourcing suitable applicants, conducting initial candidate screening, and ensuring all required compliance checks are completed, including Right to Work verification and document validation. 

I joined HRA in November 2024.I am passionate about recruitment and take pride in helping candidates achieve their career goals while supporting clients in finding the right talent.

Fluent in English, Hindi, and Punjabi, I communicate effectively with candidates from diverse backgrounds, providing a professional and welcoming recruitment experience.
