As an Account Coordinator for HRA Recruitment, I am responsible for coordinating the temporary workforce to ensure daily operations run efficiently. My role includes monitoring staff attendance and performance, confirming and cancelling shifts based on operational requirements, and maintaining clear communication with agency workers, the client, and my manager. I help ensure staffing levels meet business needs while providing support to workers and resolving any day-to-day issues that arise.
