Hi, I’m Chloe. 

I began my recruitment career in 2023 and joined HRA in November 2025 as an Account Manager.

In my role, I work closely with a portfolio of large clients, building and strengthening long-term relationships while delivering a high standard of service. My responsibilities include managing client accounts, onboarding new clients, recruiting and placing candidates, ensuring compliance, coordinating the recruitment process, and providing ongoing support to both clients and candidates to achieve the best outcomes.

Before moving into recruitment, I built a varied career across several industries. Including automotive manufacturing, where I worked as a Team Leader, developing strong leadership, organisation, and people management skills.
